With this update, is Cad Bane now viable?

In the changelog you can read : "Cad Bane: "Hunter's Reflexes" will now grant Deflection to Scoundrel allies." That means you have to give up the Boba lead and the TM gain from the detonators. On ...

Someday he'll get his ship, the Xanadu Blood, and maybe a rework. But yeah, he is still really bad.
