With this update, is Cad Bane now viable?

So you're telling me that Cad at 152 speed provides benefit over group dispel in current meta with Zader/Zaul/Zqgj? I loaded my cad (yes low level) with max potency mods and threw him in to see if 35% health boost could be a game changer for the rest of the BHs. It did not. His speed is not enough to say he provides significant damage benefit. So he can target one enemy without missing, most of them are stealthed, especially since there is no dispeller. In the end I saw no purpose to him.
As far as Greedo goes: His basic double taps for 22-26k, his base speed is >200 when modded decently, and he has a pretty decent healthpool. I can't say as to whether Dengar provides more benefit, as I don't have him.
