It's kinda nice though for p3 AAT to give 2 turn team buff against the main cannon.
I don't think it is a totally bad choice either, but it used to be considered one of the worst abilities. I too use the Royal Guard's special ability, to trigger an attack with Ackbar as a leader on one of my teams
