Wrong Purchase, Requesting refund

For a character that you actually need shards for? That seems lucky.

This is happening a lot because of the lag in stores...

Same issue here, but a character I'd maxed a year ago.

The lag has been so bad I got a message saying my refund request was denied and I didn't even make a refund request.  They've turned the spaghetti code in this game into an entire factory of spaghetti.

Maybe they'll fix it by next patch, but I'm not counting on it since the game still functions.  Perhaps if lag causes players to reduce their spending they'll prioritize resources to fix the issue?  The leadership is content with just putting bandaids on everything to keep it going until a critical failure happens.
