Can you Show your Tracking records?
Remember, that 65% does not mean thats fix 65 double Hits on 100 attempts. It also can be 0 in 100 attempts.
I get what you're saying but 0/100 is not reasonably possible. Go to StatTrek and you'll find that 65% over 100 trials gives an effective 0 probability for no successes. I've seen it give a lot of significant digits and on this one it just returns a flat zero.
If you're talking to people that don't understand statistics and RNG, you're not doing them any favours by telling them something that's not true.
