"You've been banned for cheating in the Coliseum."

This is my first time posting on the forum, but I've been a long time SWGOH player for many years (almost since the beginning), and just this morning received a message that my account had been been banned for cheating after playing the Coliseum. I did not cheat -- I simply followed the strategy of a YouTuber (JaqenHgar) and was able to clear level 4 and get about 4% (I think) on level 5. Unfortunately, I cannot access anything in game. I did complete the form through EA to get my ban removed, but does anyone know how long this takes? I also wanted to post on here to see if anyone who works for EA reads this and speeds up the process. My ally code is: 142-165-566.

It sounds like you've already done this, but just to confirm - submitting an appeal through this form is the only way to have a ban reviewed. We're not able to speed this along or perform a separate investigation via the forums, sorry.
We aren't able to provide a specific ETA as that can depend on the volume of other appeals and issues the team's currently reviewing, but thanks for hanging in there while they have a look.
