LOL @ that video! IRL Tarkin doesn't go 1st because most older shards have Rex(s) at 250+ speed
But then Rex just goes first and wastes his special attack and then it carries on like the video shows from that point on...
I suppose offensively you would have the advantage... but you always do offensively
