Zeta drop rate

Does anyone know the percentage for zeta drops? I've been doing the ship mats (tier 3)for a little over 5 weeks now and have got 0 zetas to show for it. I'm just curious if it's 25%, 10%, 3%??? Is ...

This doesn't feel right. It would mean an overall 70% rate of zetas per pull, or 7 zetas for every 10 attempts. My experience is not that good.

That's just the first roll to see if a zeta will drop. Then there's the rngesus roll. Kinda like resistance trooper- 65% chance to expose, still needs to pass the potency check.
