I have this habit of maxing all abilities on any toon I decide to work on. Yes, it's silly.
AV lead -- she's in my Sep squad under Nute, I think the only times I actually use her as leader have been the low tiers of Secrets and Shadows and that one NS GC against Phoenix.
GMY lead -- he's never a leader in my roster.
R2 -- both of them. Hell, I regret gearing him to G12. I've not built Rebels or Resistance, I run GMY with Padme. Those 2 zetas could've been on Traya now, who I'm actually building at the moment, or just in the bank.

Phasma -- see above about maxing out abilities on any toon I work on...

Finn -- could've waited until I actually wanted to build Resistance.
Gar Saxon -- don't ask.
Luminara Unduli -- back when I was a newbie who didn't know what the hell I was doing.
