Zetas
Are zetas abilities added little by little to all toons ? My favorite toons dont have a zeta yet so do they plan to give one zeta to every toon?

Not every character will have a zeta. Zeta upgrades are for abilities which require you to be over level 80 to upgrade to level 8. An easy way to think about it is all abilities which are currently capped at level 7. This generally means characters with only 3 abilities will not get a zeta, though you could probably find an exception such as First Order Stormtrooper whose unique "Return Fire" is currently capped at level 7.
There is one exception to abilities that cap over level 80, which is Boba Fett's Execute ability
