I read everytime things about mods with a secondary +30 speed. I did a lot of mods battle and i cant see anyone. Thing is, if i have a mod with +2 speed, when i upgrade will be a +30? Or will stay wit...

On the crouching racorn database there is no knowledge about any +30 speed secondary mod existing.
However, it is possible, but highly unlikely
