Why Finn before Aayla or Dooku?
Resistance got a good rework with Finn zeta a few months ago and I farm a resistance team as phase 4 team for the tank raid. I should have done clones, they turned out to be perfect for this phase, but now I have all 5 resistance members at 7*. They are still good if geared which is difficult, just like Clones - I'm stuck on gear 8 and need 4 Furnaces, 3 Stun Cuffs and a few Stun Guns just to get them to gear 9...
Aayla also is only farmed for tank raid as I am going for QGJ, Anakin, Ahsoka, Aayla and Kylo in phase 1. Gearing is a bit better here, but of course gearing up a complete team always is not happening fast. B2 can be one of the tanks in p3. Dooku also is great under Maul or Nihilus, but I already have geared up Siths (Vader, Palp, Maul, Nihilus gear 11, Assassin gear 10), so he, Sid, Savage and Sith Trooper are more like reinforcements.
At some point you will have Arena and all raid teams 7*, I am already getting close - farming shards isn't the problem in this game, the limit definitely is to gear them all up to gear 10, anything below is pretty much useless for tank raid.
