Jyn would hurt other farms (Guild Store has a lot of useful toons), but Chirrut won't hurt much (after Maul/SF/Rex are maxed, you'll only use for Zetas and a maybe ships)
I my case I always have more than enough guild tokens since I only farm Rex, but I use fleet tokens for stun cuffs. How are you going to gear Biggs, Boba, Rex, Maul etc without buying stun cuffs?
Also Slave/Scimitar/Vader so fleet tokens are never enough.
