I think I have a mess with my characters, I have never focus on a certain team and I was getting shards for many characters. Now I'm level 65 and don't have any 5* character :'( I think I need some advice

Yes, you messed it up :D You must concentrate on one team first. I'd say in you case, forget about the rebels until you have your dark side team all max level.
(Just somehow you need to be able to beat the credit heist challenge so Boba, IG-88, STH and Chewie are fine, maybe activate Dengar, he is only 25 shards to activate. But this has time.)
But this would be complicated to make a plan for you that gets you all the ships and everything. You will find a way :)
