A. I believe the devolpers said that they'd use characters from in AND out of canon like HK and B. If they do add him it's likely be around the season 3 premier of rebels (or whichever episode he first appears in) but as much focus as the rebel synergy is getting now I'd enjoy the crew of the ghost coming into the game (mainly kanan and the inquisitor)
