Are the sith empire team immune to stagger?

I know they are immune to tm reduction while debuffed. But I have hit DR while he had stagger, the stagger disappeared yet he still resisted the tm removal. Is this supposed to be happening. I could have sworn that I've used stagger against DR before...

It's supposed to happen, they can't lose their TM whilst debuffed, and stagger doesn't disappear until after the TMR happens. Crumb commented on the kit reveal. I'll see if I can find it.

Ah ok. Man nerfing Anakin really was ridiculous, it's like CG is dictating what teams you have to use. It's really ruining the game for me
