The best health mods (ones available to you through mod challenge) are the best you can get atm. A mod with speed primary or secondary is good at ur lvl. Ur arena team should have ur best mods. Speed being the main one. Protection also useful. Sure someone more sober than me can give a link to mod farming guides.
