No EP lead? And you don't have Rex? And you are past the point, where your Phoenix rock? You could gear up R2 and Leia, give them 2—3 zetas to create full rebel team (Wiggs, R2 Leia and ST Han). You could climb with that team, but not to top ranks and not as high as with the EP lead team, I mentioned earlier.
Death trooper? Do you have him? Not according to your link. But sure, Thrawn lead empire team could include DT and Krennic. I can't tell you, how high that team would climb, because the META could have changed more than once before you will have DT/Krennic ready for the arena.
