I would farm both KRU and FOSFTFP because they are valuable crew members (especially if you run Chimaera). Personally, I think if you really want a good FO team KRU is worth the zeta. If you're going to run Phasma, I wouldn't swap anyone out though. FOO is great with FOTP (especially under Phasma's lead) so if you plan on running Phasma lead, keep it the way you have it. KRU is good if he is in the lead, and it's not worth losing FOO to run FOSFTFP under Phasma.
