It's not about defense. Defense in GoH is dead as nothing holds. Nothing. You just play your 5 matches with any team comps to climb up but you gonna fall back by the same amount anyway whether you gonna set Trio,Thrawn,Badstila, any other Trio comp or even Revan. It doesn't matter.
Just because nothing is unbeatable, it doesnt mean that they drop the same amount. A Revan lead falls like 30 ranks a day, while an EP lead may fall 300.
Quite a difference when you need to start climbing for payout.
I also want Badstilla to work, as she was my favorite toon, but she just doesnt.
The best reason for using her has been mentioned by someone above: to save the good toons for a different squad. That I fully understand.
However, its not an arena approach.
