Better Way to mod?
Would it be better to make their strengths better or try to account for their weaknesses, for example HK-47 has good health (as far as droids go) but crap damage so would it be better to up his damage...

The idea of mods is to customize them for not only that character, but for how they work in your team. We're finally able to have diversity and there is no best. Depending on who else is in your squad and what squad u face, certain mods will be better
