You seem to be mixing his unique with his leader.

Leader gives +50% basic damage by default, and 100% counter chance, +50% crit damage as well as completelt denying the enemy any counter at all while he has Dominance on which is stupidly easy to put back on if Hux gets critted

I actually just zeta'd Phasma because I had FOST FOSFTP FOTP Phasma and FOO. I have this horrible team that just gets its ass handed to it in TW so why not?
