Blind vs DRevan and Malak Question

I have noticed that D.Revan and Malak never miss my Rebels, even when 3PO & Chewie has landed blind on both. Why? Is there something in their kits I’m missing that says they are not affected by blind or cannot miss? Thanks everyone!

Attacks that “cannot be evaded” never miss and are not affected by blind. But they should leave the character blinded.
