Boba as Fleet Commander?
I currently have Boba at 7 star level 76. Should i prioritize him over Ackbar when Ships come into play?

Long answer: why would you? Do you have mace or GT, they are the only other announced fleet commanders.
It seems that they will have the biggest initial effect on ships much like a good leader on your team.
