He's good with an Ackbar lead. Ackbar, Lei, Pao, Rook, and your favorite 5th with non-attack abilities (Chewbacca works well, since he has two non-attacks on a short cooldown and isn't a Rebel, so there's a better chance of Leia being the one who attacks).
Pao has absurdly long cooldowns, but they tick down any time you use a basic attack. Ackbar's leader ability, Leia's multi-attacks, and Rook's debuff+targeted assist ability will drop that cooldown to negligible. Hell, even his own basic attack can hit three times--guranteed, no less, if you target the right person, unlike Leia's randomness.
