I'm currently ranked around 50 in my server and all I see are Phasma teams (which is super annoying, noobs need to branch out). Since I have so much experience fighting Phasma teams and I am a math teacher, I noticed something. The bonus attacks happen waaaaaay more often than then "percentage" amount that is given.
After marking tallies of number of bonus attacks (and yes, I differentiated if its from Phasma or a hero ability) and total number attacks, I got an average of 34.65% of the time, a hero gets to call an assist because of Phasma's leader ability. That's almost double of the 18% it says in game. NOT WORKING!!
But like I said at the beginning, maybe they give defending teams a buff since they are controlled by the AI. Let me know if anybody else has experienced this.
Just curious what your sample size was. I do tend to agree with the AI getting more procs on every toon but obviously there will be some variation from the 18%. That is just how probability works.
On another note, they are going to fix Phasma's leader ability to only proc on attacks so she won't call as many assists.
