Cat dosent start from force leap, need wait 8 turns
I dont know why, but from start this ability blocked? I move before enemy cat, and mine has force leap blocked, and enemy normal can use it? Why?

If enemy uses that on CAT, her cooldowns are reset.
If you don’t, force leap starts on cooldown.
