100% sure foresight can't save you when you are stunned
for burning it's only theoretical (haven't had a keen eye on it) but probably yes too

For Burning no it will not allow you to bypass Foresight. Only Stun does.

No he can't do that unless your Baze is burned or stunned. Probably he used his basic. because his special would have removed all your buffs

Burn passes foresight.. it burns the enemy and does very minimal damage through foresight, does not pop the foresight.

Stunned enemies can not dodge, that is why a stunned enemy with foresight is getting hit

When stunned you can't evade. Period. This was a wonderful change back in the day I remember thinking how silly it was when a stunned character would evade an attack

Any attack that can't be evaded will also hit through foresight like r2s burn attack or nihilus annihilate
