CLS lead zeta?

It's easily his worst zeta, and is pretty mediocre as far as zetas go, but he's a top 3 character in the game and run as leader most of the time; so....maybe.

I have 16 or 17 zetas applies and haven't zeta'd his lead yet, but he'll likely get it eventually after a few more others first.
