What stats should I be looking for on mods for Commander Luke? He inflicts Speed Down and Defense Down with his basic, and Tenacity Down with his first special, so I've been trying to farm Potency Mod...

his unique gives him up to 40% potency so you would only need 10-15% potency from mods
I would mod him with a mix of protection (to help the 40% protection recovery on his special) and crit chance/crit dmg and obviously speed.
