Commander Luke - Best Mods / Stats?
What stats should I be looking for on mods for Commander Luke? He inflicts Speed Down and Defense Down with his basic, and Tenacity Down with his first special, so I've been trying to farm Potency Mod...

His Tenacity debuff has an insane natural success rate. Pretty much 100% on heroic Rancor even with CLS at low levels. Not sure you need to waste your time on Potency. I'd say Speed is the first priority. Survivability the second and offensive the third.
