What stats should I be looking for on mods for Commander Luke? He inflicts Speed Down and Defense Down with his basic, and Tenacity Down with his first special, so I've been trying to farm Potency Mod...

Shhhh here's a little secret... don't need any potency on him with tenacity down. Get him as fast as possible with as much damage that you can.
