But not made available on the forums. Somewhere is better than nowhere as long as it is accurate. "Konju;c-2266047" wrote:

Maybe if they give Conquest it's own sub Forum we can give things like that their own spot, but it was officially announced as a resource for this information. So yes, better than nothing.- I must say that when I first tackled this Conquest, it was hard going for the first few days and not having DCS made it very difficult and I felt like giving up, but I've persevered and managed to get halfway through sector 5.
I have no GL's, although I'm at 3.2 million (my biggest fault has been collecting shards and unlocking toons). I don't have many Relic Toons (1 @ R5 and 8 @ R4), but following the right path and playing to your strengths has helped me get through, for example fighting Ewoks is easy but if you have to go through a DR team when you can fight a BH and then Separatist team instead make more sense.
The only slight gripe I have is the Steadfast Retribution for GAC as you can end up wiping yourself out but they counter attack you.
I certainly don't think it's "broken" (I know this is now a forbidden word), but it would be nice to see a little more variety on the data disks "CCyrilS;c-2262791" wrote:

How do you not have a single Galactic Legend?
I'm practically free to play (we'll argue the semantics if you want, but I don't think buying the Hyperdrive bundle after playing since early 2016 gave me much of an edge beyond not seeing that notification all the time) and I'm maybe two weeks from finishing the pre-reqs for my second.
You've got to get on that stuff, man. It's like refusing to wear flip flops at the beach and then complaining that GC is making the sand too hot.
Some people took time off (like myself) and are perpetually behind due to it. I am 2 months out from Rey, and that is only if I stop dropping gear on Malak and DR. Without being able to take top 20 in fleet or arena, sparse crystal income keeps users back. If Grand Arena paid out better, I'd be game, but as it stands I tend to only out-mod my opponents. I will admit though, I would have Rey already had I choose not to get GAS.
Anyone that takes time off loses the ability to complain about not having any certain toon. You don't have the right to something just because you stopped playing for a while.
You are correct. Read what I replied to. I neither complained or declared I had a right. He asked how a 2016 account could not have a GL. I answered. For me it's math. 2021 - 2016 - 1.5 = 3.5 years of playtime. I imagine my situation is a nice double-digit % of this gaming community. I would bet that over 50% of 5 year SWGOH players still dont have a GL.
@Kyno , any data source that could answer that bet?
Any 5yr player without a GL doesn't have time to be on the forums...they should be farming.
Some people play for fun, farming what they like and not only the best(like Jawas or mediocre BH), i'm on year 4 and don't see myself farming for a GL anytime soon.
I should clarify: any 5yr player without a GL, or struggling in any significant way, should spend more time on the game and less complaining on the forums.
If you're just playing casually with the understanding that your return will be less, then that's great for you. Keep having fun.
Just can't have both.
100%
I'm a F2P player in a guild that can't beat CPit and have no R8 toons. I managed to get the max reward crate by 3 starring all of the non-boss nodes and completing all of the feats (except a few of the boss feats)
Sector 1 - 66/66
Sector 2 - 63/66
Sector 3 - 79/84
Sector 4 - 81/87
Sector 5 - 93/105
It was a chore going back and completing feats but it's doable as F2P. For the record, I have GL Rey, but I only used her for some of the annoying feats, I never had to lean on her to complete battles.
My point is, when you're F2P and not playing competitively, you can't possibly expect to be able to hang with the top tier players of the game and expect max rewards for all events. It's not impossible, but not realistic to expect it in a freemium type of game like this. I feel your pain! A lot of these events that come out and assault battles and stuff like that, I can't beat the last 2 or 3 tiers because I just don't have the teams or have them geared high enough, but it comes with the F2P territory. I'm not being an advocate for predatory microtransactions or anything, just saying that if you're not paying to get a leg up, you're pretty much always going to be behind. I've been pretty much playing this game since year 1 and I only have 1 GL while others who have been playing a fraction of the time as me have all 4 current ones and are already starting on the new Kenobi requirements.- Previously I used to win Normal Tier 6 Box contains 16 Shards of Razor Crest but now Normal Tier 4 which contains only 8 shards of RC + 10 Shards of CAT which is disbelief & disappointing for me.. last time there were Purple Discs in this GC I didn't find nothing
I can say CG made it conquest hard this time but in some others' views they may say I lack something or not upto the mark.
But what is the mark here? Only complain is what is the Standard I need to reach to be there to become a Conqueror (Winning habits in Conquest), because to build something to be Conqueror it takes lot of time (to reduce consumption of time some spend money)... While on building something, if the patterns' been changed it definitely hit my process it becomes like waste of time & money.
CG has to Standardize the System or methods of Game play in GC. - EdSolo754 years agoNew ScoutIt seems they are just trying to force purchases by removing the cooling disks. It goes beyond just being able to use Vader/Yoda spam teams. Feats like mark 40 times is where this really comes into play. With the cool down disk, it is relatively quick, especially if you have a NS team as an opponent. Now, it requires many repeated runs. Essentially you need to use JKR to reliably do this feat. I could only get 4 or 5 marks in a battle vs. Assaj lead NS. Easy enough fight at full stamina. Just kill off Assaj, Daka, and Talzin and then just attack zombie until the end then kill Spirit and Zombie. However, you now get in a bind because you run low on stamina having to run this fight 10 times instead of maybe 3 or 4 times since JKR doesn't have mark available every turn. Similar problem with many of these later sector feets that require things like 100 dodges or no attackers. At least the thermal detonator feet doesn't require a win, so you can throw in even a crappy jawa team. Worked great with a Tusken battle. Overall it looks like they are pushing you to spend on stim packs and refreshes. My plan was to go through this one with refreshes and I feel about 40 tickets short of max rewards. I didn't bother finishing the dodge and no attacker feats since I knew I would still have to grind out a few of the boss feats and that would require spending on stim packs and the like. I now know how to plan for the next round to try to get the feats done more quickly.

For the marked one, GG(full sep droid team) against a team that has the steadfast retribution modifier(like padme or weaker) is probably the quickest way to get it. Every time GG goes, he's does crazy damage to himself which causes the healthiest droid to become marked. Because each droid has their damage returned to them when they attack, it causes marked to bounce around like crazy. You could probably get it in 2 or 3 battles like this.
For me the 100 dodges one was the hardest one. I ran Old Ben lead with GMY, Hoda, Jolee, JKR and equipped every evasion related card I had and just picked an Ewok team(since they swarm and don't hit hard like ITs or Geos). I had to repeat that battle an annoying amount of times for the feat.- Conquest isn't broken, but certainly much harder without the cool down discs (which admittedly did break it). I used them to get top rewards last time, but without a GL I couldn't do all the boss feats to get them this time around, not without a lot or mod or disc changes, and trial error at least. Second top rewards seems appropriate for non GL rosters - CG want you to invest in GLs, and they obviously make a huge difference in this game mode (like most modes)
You really only need 2 strong teams for most of the whole thing, the way stamina and energy rates work.
I really would like to see opponents stats though, especially speed. That is critical for TM train teams.
A lot comes down to the discs you pull though, and that's good old RNG.
Perhaps don't mention ftp in complaints, it gets people all fired up!!
And no longer is it really relevant for having a GL or not.
Good luck for the next one (in 2 days?!!) - Is Conquest still broken? It just gave me a bunch of mod rewards that let me get some pretty sweet rolls.
