why i have only one crit Damage sign ?

Because critical damage mod sets are units of 4 mods.
(Along with speed and offense, whereas critical chance, tenacity, potency, health, and defense are 2 mod sets)
You can only get one set bonus from CD, offense, or speed mods due to the 6 mod limit per character.
You could add a second set bonus by adding any of the 2 mod sets (or even 3 bonuses by using 3 of the 2 mod sets).
