When does conquest character shards show up in the conquest store? Is it after the first conquest? Can’t seem to remember

Start of the 4th Conquest. First three conquests since the character’s (Malgus’s) release, they’re only available in the final crate, Scav nodes for Conquest Currency, and the Conquest+ Pass. The fourth they expand to Scav nodes for Crystals and the Store for both, along with a slightly reduced price of Currency. But the fourth there’s also a new character.
