Darth Revan Villain bugged?

Question

Just attacked a Jedi Revan team in TW and my maxed out Darth Revan wasn’t double tapping targets with Fear, Deathmark and Corrupted Battle Meditation... anyone else have similar issues? Nearly caused a loss. Team was much higher GP. What’s going on here?

Never reported a bug before, thought this section would get the most audience. Saw someone else had posted to the EA site. Be careful using your DR teams!

Were you by any chance dazed? That will prevent the double tap.
