Death mark - death trooper

Hi

I wanna know why does death trooper Never applies death mark even when I've killed several times the Nightsisters zombie?

The condition says clearly '' since several ferro take a Un enemigo'' which means if an enemy is defeated.... Inflicts death mark for 2turns.

What is happening?????

Zombie being revived doesn't count as a defeated enemy? Is that the answer?

Then why ventress stacks stats with rampage if zombie is not defeated???

Or is it too silly to ask???

    What are these bugs ? I imagine the HAAT one may be about defeated chars, but what is the JTR one ?

    Wasn't the HAAT forced focus bug resolved in one of the last updates?
