Did GL Rey get nerfed aswell ?
Rey's whirlwind - instead of doing 3x massive damage, now does 2x massive damage + 7 % more damage per relic level... Mathematically it seems a nerf unless at relic 7/8 ? Or am I missing something...

It's not like you instantly unlock a GL after finishing the requirements. There's all of that ticket farming.

I farmed up all of the mats to take her immediately to R7.
I'm completely F2P, and not even by choice, so none of that "claiming F2P but actually spend $5 here and there".
There's some stuff that's warranted as a complaint... then there's this.
Like really, you're going to take that long and invest that much into unlocking a GL, and you're not going to max them out? I understand R8+, particularly if you're not in a C.pit guild, but R7? I can count the number of non-launch-week GLs I've seen below R7 on one hand. It's not like you're even in a position to claim you can't get R7 chars, considering every GL to date has required multiple.
Look at my gg and tell me I'm doing it wrong with a R5 JMK.
