Do Zetas transfer to Ships ?

Question

I think I know the answer, but was not 100% . Do ships use Zetas? I'm asking this because of one in particular. Bossk and his ability to get taunt again if lowest enemy has protection. Seems like it pops up again even after clearing it .

No.  That's a ship ability, where he keeps taunt if someone is breached.  Zeta abilities do not transfer.

No. Bossk keeps his taunt if Breach is still on an enemy ship when the taunt gets dispelled.

They do however effect the crews power which effects the ship

Abilities are separate, ships are ships and characters are characters.

Improving character abilities, mods, and gear all add to ship power and can add things like speed and other stats to the ship, but not add to or change abilities.
