Does potency increase with gear level?
So I got teebo and am close to levelling him to gear lvl 9. Does his potency increase per gear level?

- Potency only increases though gear pieces. Teebo doesn't gain additional potency until he gets the mkvii scanner at g10.

- It's different for each toon. Some toons are kept at low potency for several gear levels and then get 2 scanners at G10. Others get a steady increase. Varies
