To be honest, I think the droids themselves are fine. I believe Jawa Engineer's recalibrate needs a buff if anything. Give it a group dispel, and that is really all the buffs a droid team needs.
Now it really should have a dispel. Look at the other dispels.
Rex gives 60% tm +10% for each debuff to clones, half that to others, and tenacity up for 3 turns.
Ackbar gives 9% heal per debuff to everyone for each debuff cleansed and can give himself 40% turn meter (tm gain should be changed to automatic instead of a chance).
Lobot gives 7% heal per debuff to everyone, then gets 8%tm per droid, plus gives half of that to droids.
Chirrut does healing equalization and turns debuffs into hots.
Ewok Elder does a 25% heal with it and has individual chances to revive each defeated ally at 10% health
Every dispel besides Chirrut's and Ewok Elder's have tm gain attached to it. Every dispel has 3 distinct parts.
Compare Jawa Engineer's recalibrate with a dispel to Rex's ability:
Remove all debuffs. All allies gain tenacity up for 3 turns. Clone allies get 60% tm + 10%tm for each debuff removed. and other allies gain half that amount.
Droid allies gain 45% tm and all allies gain critical chance up for 2 turns.
You can add a cleanse to that ability and it will still be a weaker cleanse than Rex's. You can even make the cleanse droid specific to stick with the flavor of dude being an engineer.
Jawa Engineer's kit is mostly pretty interactive, but he's actually sub par in pretty much every area. His tm gain isn't much compared to some other, but is faction specific. His heal is a low %, but does come with a (faction specific) revive. the other revivers can revive multiple people at once and aren't faction specific, but they dont revive with quite as much health. His attack is basically worthless unless you stick him in a bounty hunter squad or are raiding, He is also very squishy... about as squishy as they come.
Now I wouldn't suggest that all these things should be buffed, even though I would like to, but a cleanse added to recalibrate seems like it would be all that is needed to "fix" Droids imho. His basic attack should remain weak as it is to balance out his other abilities, but if those abilities are rather weak versions of those abilities too... Give recalibrate a cleanse and he will be a well balanced character. As it is, he is kind of weak.
