Ebb & Flow Zeta
Since the attack as a basic does Thrawn stick speed up on the attacker and will they get the ability block debuff after speed up expires?

- Yes, speed up is applied when Thrawn counters. If the attacking toon has ability block they get stunned when Thrawn counters.
