Effect of Thrawn's basic

So Thrawn's basic inflicts speed up, then, when it is gone it inflicts ability block. So my question is, what if you have a Fulcrum Ashoka use her Whirlwind? Beucase it removes all her buffs, then, since it is the end of her turn she cleanses herself, so which takes priority? This also applies to Boba and HK if they're killed and revived with the speed up
