I like all the Solo characters a lot, but unfortunately a full team of them isn't a good choice for arena. Arena is about MOAR SPEED and shutting down your enemy's ability to act, and a full Solo squad just doesn't do either of those particularly well. They rely heavily on Prepared for most of their best moves, and setting that up takes too long to be effective before the likes of Palp will overwhelm you with debuffs.
You can definitely run a Scoundrel team though, as Vandor Chewie and L3 can let you keep any scoundrels alive for a good long time if you have Vandor's zeta. Qi'ra/Vandor/L3 with either OG Han/Chewie or Mission/ Z in the last 2 slots should work pretty well- the Mission/Z route is a little overkill on tanks, so you'd be relying on outlasting the other team rather than consistently high damage output. I'm sure Nest could fit in there too, though I don't have her starred up so I'm not sure which teams she works best on.
