Remod and keep trying, it took me a lot of attempts....it wasnt fun
I did bump my Hondo up to R6, but I know others in my guild that did it at R5

I followed the guide and unlocked Aphra with just R5 toons.
You will be retrying the Hondo and the Sana tier a few times - maybe a lot of times.
But it is totally doable with R5 if you mod according to the guide.

On R5 you can't get 110k HP from Hondo. I installed the top modules. Or health (95k), or speed (280).
