Other than the top few guilds (280m+), I've yet to see a guild that would have a problem accepting F2P.
Your problem is rather that the majority of guilds would prefer to not hand out free rewards to players that could bring little to no contribution. Not having almost any of the event characters released after Thrawn is not helping your case.
