Depends. My Vader routinely gets +60 speed against Jedi. Ahsoka runs +50 speed most of the time. Bossk's leadership gives +50, and +100 for Boba. So probably one of them, but not necessarily all the time.

My Shaak Ti sits at 328. I COULD bring her up to 342, but that would mean breaking another squad.

343 Darth Revan (+169). You won't see it on gg since I don't run him in arena anymore, but I still give him those mods back for GAC.

With that said I currently have a +170 on my G12 Jedi Revan.

i'm f2p so i have mace or vader at around 150 speed, but could be higher with better mods and levels(vader also needs stars)

I have Vader at 234 speed, plus his unique bonus from a full empire, zemp lead team. So 274 (I don't know if he counts as well), without enemy Jedi or rebels. Also f2p.

I am f2p too and i could get dooku to 335 if he gets my best mods
