Fear and stagger don’t play well
Anyone else notice that if you have fear and stagger up the stager won’t proc when hit but fear will disappear?.
Example from Arena run - Fear and stagger on Badstilla, Used HK’s AOE Fear is gone but Badstilla still has stagger and full turn meter....
