With FOST you'll end up with essentially 3 tanks with FOE's stacking max health. Plus a zeta gets you assists and more advantage, which lessens the blow of losing Phasma. FOST self-cleanses AND debuffs enemies. Great against Sion as he'll clear his own pain, then taunt, hand out TM, heal everyone on your side, then gain advantage to debuff anyone on the other team.
