Yes he can, the only thing that other teammates won't receive from Zavage is him stealing their debuffs and transferring them onto him. How many Sith teams have Chaze? How many resistance teams have Chaze? How many FO teams have Chaze? How many Droid teams have Chaze?
Chaze fits in cleanse teams and Rebel teams, nowhere else.
